Refund policy:

 

Refund reules as per airlines rules. Our non-refundable service charge 8 rs cannot be refunded.

 

Published fare cancel charge 3500+gst. Promo and coupon fare cancel charge 1750+gst

 

Corporate cancel charge 550+sc.

 

SME cancel charge: 2250+sc

 

Offer fare totally non refundable or non changeable. Kindly touch with us for any clarification.

 

 

Settlement:

 

Wallet recharge amount will be added instantly. Deposit request will be updated by 15 mins to 30 mins.

Any refund amount will settle:

If pay by wallet refund instant

If pay by payment gateway refund will by 0-7 working days same mode of payment.

By paying with UPI or netbanking. There are no charge on refund.

By paying credit card will be charged 2.5% on refund.

If booking failed by any reason refund will be done by 0-24 hours

 

 

Gateway charge:

Paytm wallet, Netbanking, credit card, debit card 2.5% on payment gateway

Upi is free.

 

does: Any discrepancy regarding Ticket Booking please inform us by direct call in our helpline number within 1 hrs of Issuance. After that we are not liable for any changes.

 

Don'ts: don't open multiple tabs when booking. It can be unappropriate results on final booking .
